IN GRASS CROPS.

For harvesting grass crops the New Buckeye has no equal, even amongst mowers. No other binder can cut so close to the ground, and noue has so little space between the level of the knife and the upper surface of the platform canvas. The driver, without moving from his seat, can regulate the binder, so that the band will tie at a proper distance from the butts, according to length of crop ; and the bundle having a less distance to fall, a great saving in seed and grain is effected. The superiority of the Buckeye finger-bar and cutting apparatus being so well known, nothing need be said under this head ; but any farmer having grass crops to deal with will do well to examine the New Buckeye, and set an example in retrenchment by securing the binder that can save his grass .as well as grain crops. Two horses only are required to operate the Buckeye, so -that economy and the Buckeye are synonymous. In spite, too, of the lightness of the Buckeye, as compared with the heavy unwieldly implements turned out by our competitors, we guarantee its " lifetime " equal to that of any machine in the market. It is so compactly and strongly built that side draught,

sagging, and lateral strain are impossible quantities.
