THE MIDLAND RAILWAY.
Hoxitika, October 21.
From a private letter received last San Francisco mail it is elicited that the concession now asked by the Midland Railway Company from the Government is an undertaking that if the land grants of the company do not average 10s per acre, an additional grant will be made sufficient to raise the receipts to the required sum.
