Nominations for all Handicaps must be received by the Secretary before 8 p.m. on SATURDAY, September 10. All Nominations must be accompanied by fees, name, age, description of horse, and colours of the rider. Previous performances must also be given of horses entered for the Trots. The Weights, &c, of the Alexandra Handicap, Flying Handicap, and Handicap Trot, will be published in the Dunstan Times on Friday, September 16. and Acceptances must be made to the Secretary not later than 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5. Nominations forthe Maiden Plate and Trial Stakes must be made before 8 p.m. on the night of general entry, October 5. The Handicaps for the Spring Handicap and Jubilee Trot, will be declared at 9 p.m. on Thursday, October 6 ; nnd Acceptances must be made before 10.30 p.m. on tho same night. Three horses to accept in each Handicap or no race. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. No qualification fee required. No entries will be received for any of the above races except on the condition that all disputes shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. Any person entering a protest mustdeposit £2, and should such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards the amount shall be forfeited.
