Mr Dobson has received a cable message stating that the Balmoral Castle, the first of the Colonial JJnion Line of steamers, left London, a full ship, for Sydney and New Zealand ports, on Sunday. These steamers vrill nof be run yery fast, being timed to make a tiO days' trip to New Zealand, including stoppages, The Sydney company evidently mean cutting rates, as salooij. passages are offered at £40, and 3rd class at £14.
