(Reuter's Telegrams.) London, Julyl. In the House of Commons last night the Hon. W. H. Smith's motion that the discussion of the Irish Crimes Bill should be closed finally on Monday next was adopted by a large majority. The Radical and Irish members left the House in a body, their amendments not being moved, and the report of committee of the whole was adopted. (Special to Peess Association.) London, July 1. The third reading of the Crimes Bill will be taken on Tuesday. Mr Gladstone intends to move its rejection.
