The amount of customs revenue received during the past week on goods cleared for con* sumption amounted to £4691 13s lid. The beer duty amounted to £127' 7s Id, and the gold duty to £179 7s. ' Messrs Wright, Stephenson, and Co. sold on Saturday a dairy farm at the Maori Kaik (containing 181 acres 3 roods 13 poles) to Mr William Dickson, sen., of Belmont, Portobello, at £6 Is per wire. Millers' lines have ruled during the week as follows :— Flour, £10 to £10 10s per ton ; oatmeal, £9 10s per ton ; pearl barley, £18 per ton ; pollard, £4 10s per ton ; bran, £3 10s per ton ; chaff, £2 5s to £2 10s per ton.
