THE WINDSOR RAILWAY COLLISION.

EESULT OF THE INQUIRY. (Rbuter's Telegbams.) Melboukne, June 10. The inquest in connection with the Windsor railway accident was resumed to-day, when the jury, after deliberating for six hours, returned a verdict to the effect that the immediate cause of the accident was the gross neglect of driver (Keath) of the ordinary train in not bringing on his train under cover of the home signal, and of Lang, the guard, in not taking measures to protect the train. The jury blamed Gedge, the station master at Prahran, for not supervising the boy Blackburne, who had charge of the signals, and expressed disapproval of a lad being placed in a position of such importance.
