Lot I.— Containing 83 acres. Lot 2. — Containing 212 acres, with sevenroomed dwelling-house, stable, barn, milking sheds, sheep yards, • poultry house, &c. . • . , Lot 3. — Containing 72 acre*. Each Farm has a river and road frontage., and is situated about three miles from Inch Clutha Dairy Factory. For either grazing or cropping purposes the land is admitted to be unsurpassed in the colony, and is well watered, perfectly level, and possesses special advantages in the matter of carriage of produce, both by steamer and railway, to Dunedin.
