Bp., Crown lands, being — Sections 15 to 19, Block V, and Section 18, Block VI, Mount Hyde District ; annual rental, £53 6s, with full valuation, according to Land Act 1885, for .all improvements at end of lease. Valuation allowed for improvements at 18th March 1886 amouunted to £2940 16s. The land is of good arable quality, 'partly broken up, part in^ English grass j is well watered, fenced, and subdivided. It has good steading, with other substantial improvements. It is situated about 10 miles from Outram Railway Station, from where it may be? reached by coach every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, meeting the 9.15 a.m. train from Dunedin. The Lease carries in addition proportionate rights of grazing over some 10,000 acres of the Hindon Hundred, adjoining.
