For these there was keen competition, and good prices were, .obtained for them. The demand tor first-class young, draughts still continues, and horses of this descriptori'coming forward find a ready •ale at quotations'. We quote first-class young heavy draughts at from £20 to £25 ; medium, £8 to £14 ; first-class hacks and light-harness horses, £15 to £20 ; medium £6 to £12 ; light and inferior £1 10s to £3. ■
