Engine is detached from boiler, and bed-plate, fitted with water heater, kept hot by ashes from fire-box. The boiler is fitted with two safety valves, and has injector and pump. The guide rods are fitted with steel adjustable lineß, with reversible eccentric. WQ U I N • is instructed by David Ballingall, Esq., to aell on the above date, at Dunnet's Hotel, Kelfeo. The above highly-improved FARM, situate three and a-half miles from Kelso railway station.
