The proprietors will appropriate a sufficient area in a suitable position for a Dairy Factory, to be available to all purchasers, and will assist in the formation of a factory forthwith. The property is eight miles from Edendale by railway, and five from Wyndham. The line is already partly constructed for three miles beyond Wyndham, and the money was voted at last session of Parliament to finish it to a point in the centre of the Glenham Estate. The high road to Fortrose passes through the Estate. Terms of purchase will be very favourable.
