England, in conjunction with the other Great Powerb, has assured the Russian Government they do not favour the retairn of Prince Alexander to Bulgaria, nor approve of his re-election to the throne of that country. Sofia, October 19. Gadban Effendi, Turkish Special Envoy, has arrived here with the object of bringing about a reconciliation between Bulgaria and Russia. It is understood he supports the demands of the Russian Government in connection with the future government of this country. (Special to Press Association.) London, October 20. The Porte has formally protested to the great Powers against the elect of Roumelia to the Sobranjc. The Regency declare they will not permit Turkey to intervene. A report is current to the effect that Turkey is willing to admit a Russian garrison to the Dardanelles 'on condition that she is allowed to occupy Bulgaria and Roumelia herself.
