On the 28th July, at Everton, Tomahawk, Mrs John Mathieson, of a daughter. On the Ist August, at Emerald Villa, George street, the wife of J. H. Carter, ot a daughter.
On the 26th June, at the Colonial Sugar llefining Company's plantation, Herbert River, North Queensland, Mrs George A. Turner, of a son. On the 19th July, at his residence, Naseby, Thomas King ; nged 59 years. Home and colonial papers please copy. On the 21th July, at the residence of his daughter, Waverley street, South Dunedin, Fenwick Comptou Darling, formerly of Kelso, Hoxburghshire, Scotland.
