The monthly meeting of the Education Boani, held on the 17th, was attended by Messrs Fraer ''chairman), Begg, Clark, Fraser, Green, Key Dr Macgregor, Dr Brown, and the Hon. T Dick. FINANCE COMMITTEE. Dr Macuheuor stated that he had been surprised at the large amount ot the members' travelling expenses for last year, according to Mr Bcgg's statement ; but he had since learned
