Hunters' Handicap Hubdle Race, of 75sovs, for horses that have never won an open Hurdle Race of any value, with a sweepstake of £2 10s each for acceptors to go to the fund. Second horse to receive 15sovs from the 6takes. Nominations, 2^ovs, which must be accompanied by a Master of Hounds' certificate for 1886. Distance, two miles, over eight flights of hurdles. Sec, Timaru, before 8 p.m. on Thursday, 17th Juue. Weights declared on Tuesday, 29th June. Acceptances, with sweepstakes, to be sent to the Secretary before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, 13th July. Weights for the Tally-ho Handicap will appear after the Grand National has been run. Acceptances directly after the weights are out. The Steeplechases will be run under the Revised N.Z'.G.N.S. Club Rules, copies of which may be obtained from the Secretary. GENERAL RULES. £ All Entries and Acceptances must be made under Sealed Cover, and contain Entrance Money, Sweepstakes, N^nie, Age^ Description, and Pedigree of Horses and Colours of Riders. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 2sovs. This rule will be strictly enforced. The rule re Amateur Riders (No. 74 of the N.Z.G.N.S. Club Rules) will be strictly enforced.
