Atiiens, April 27. A joint ultimatum, signed by all the European Powers with the exception of France, has been delivered to the Greek Government requesting satisfactory assurances within a week from the receipt of the ultimatum that positive orders for the disarmament of the Greek force will be given.

April 28. In response to the demaud of the Powers, the

Greek Government has issued a decree formally disbanding the first and second class Greek reserves. The ships of the combined squadron which recently loft the Firajus have returned to that anchorage.
