About 207 Acres of splendid Farming Land (all fenced and subdivided), situate in blocks XT, XVII, and XVIII, Tokomairiro district, close to Milton town, and now in occupation of Mr Andrew M'Laren, known as Springfield. On the property there is a Dwelling, stable, and barn. 3. About 150 Acres of splendid Farming Land (all fenced and subdivided), situate in blocks XII, XIII, and XV, Tokomairiro district, close to Milton town, and now in occupation of Mr Andrew M'Laren, known as Kiness. There is a stable on the property. The leases of the whole of the above Properties are just expiring.
