A. J., Dunedin.— lf a horse has been once nominated and had his name changed before running, the old name, together with the new name, must be given in every nomination for 12 months, or until the horse has run under the new name. Dunthoon, Seacliff.— (l) At Oamaru, in April 1877, he ran second to Titania in the Maiden Plate ; at Duntroon, in October 1878, he tan second to Bndymion in the Maiden Plate, and second to Henry in the Duntroou Plate; at Palmerston, in March 1879, he won the Maiden Plate ot 30 BOVB, and ran third in the Shag Valley Handicap (tisfc 41b), behind York (Bst Mb) and Cloth of Gold (78t) ; at Dunedin . in February 1880, he ran second in the Novel Handicap, v, on by Kobin Hood. (2) As Malton was foaled in ISnglund in 1858, and imported to New Zealand in 1859, he could not have raced in England.
