Weujh.— On the 6th December, at Lee Flat Station Edward Alfred, infant son of George F. Welch ; aged (5 weeks. Gumming.— On the 14th December, at his residence, the Observatory, I'ort Chalmers, after a long and painful illness, Captain John William dimming ; aged (54 years. Lovingly regretted. jEHSDfGS.— On the 14th December, at Eavensbourne, Amelia Elizabeth Trevena Jennings, eldest and beloved daughter of S. H. Trevena, of Dunedin, and adopted and beloved daughter of Edwin and Emma Jennings, of IJavensbonrne, near Dunedin; aged 18 years and 6 months. Vivian. — On the 15th December, at his residence, Duncan street, Dunedin, Arthur Ennis, fourth sou of the Rev. Charles Paisley Vivian, of Hatton Hall, Northamptonshire, and vicar of Wellingbro', in the same county ; aged 47. Deeply regretted.
