(Reuter's Telegrams.l London, August 25. The demobilisation of the Army Reser%'e has been commenced, in accordance with the announcement recently made by the Secretary for War. Colonial breadstuffs, tallow, and iron are unchanged.
August 26. Mr Parnell addressed a large public meeting at Dublin last night. In the course of his speech he stated that he was confident of winning Irish independence next session, and added that it was resolved to impose upon future candidates for Parliament a pledge of unswerving obedience to the chief of the National party, Vienna, August 25. The Czarewitch, accompanied by the Grand Duke Alexis, arrived at Kremsir to-day, and met the Emperor and Empress of Austria. The meeting was of the most cordial character, the Emperor and Empress warmly embracing the young Prince.
Alexandria, August 25, The troops who are under orders to return Home embarked to-day for England. Aden, August 25, The steamer Tuna (sio), bound from Shields to Napier, ran ashore near here, and is expected to become a total wreck, The orew have abandoned the vessel and landed here.
