WENDON.
Jobu Squires wrote asking that the capital value of perpetual-lease seotion 18, block VII, Wendon, be reduced from 2s to Is per acre. — Tho application was referred to the ranger for report.
KUN 236 D.
The Government baying accepted the surrender of Run 236 d from T. A. Fraser, the Board were asked to fix the term and rental ot th© new io;i3e.— Run to be offered for peip?iu;*l loaso for five years at SJ an acre, with wppruva! of (.rovarnor-in-Council.
WAIKAIA.
Mr Conuell appeared on behalf of R. W, HumphruyK, who applied to purchase section 22, block V, Wrtikaia. — Ranger Hughan recommended the granting of the application.— Approved.
TIGEB HILL.
The Chairman of Lhe Vincent" County CovraciJ, in reply to the recommendation from the Board with roapect to the application of J. C. Chappie for a grazing right over sections 62, 58, and 59, block I, Tiger Hill, and the railway reserva ia tbo same block, stated that tha Goauail were nf opinion that the application should bo relused on public grounds. — The chairman to ba asked what the grounds of objection »re.

The Undersecretary for Crown lands wrote suggesting that aectioas 1 and 2, block VII ; 4, 9, and 50, block II ; and 9, block V, Black stone, should ba withheld from sale for road and other purposes.— Sectiona to be withheld from sale.

PERPETUAL LEASING.
The Ghief Commissioner requested th© Board to fix the capital value of the sections mentioned in tbo Gazette of tbe 11th inst. as being open for perpstual leasing. — The Board resolved to fix the capita value of the sections at 30a per acre.
