The Board of Governors of the Ougo lliah Schools held a special meet'ng on M ndny in the Education Office. There wero pre 6nt : Rev. Dr Stuart, Messrs JFulton, M H X , X Ramsay, A. Scoullar, Hon. W. H. Usyaolds, M.L.C., and Profeseors ShanJ aud Mao^regor.
