Sydney, February 8. Tho return Intercolonial cricket match, Victoria v. New South Wales, was commenced here to-day. The home team went in first, and were all got out for IG9 runs. At the close of the day's jilaythe Victorians had lost two wickets for 23 runs, Sydnet, February 9. Tho Intercolonial cricket match, Victoria v. New South Wales, was continued here to-day, when the visitors, with two wickets down for 23, resumed, their first inning*, which closed for 109. The home team then went in for their second innings, and at the close of the day's play had lost three . wickets for 168 runs. Bannerman is not out with 61, and Moses not out with 58. Sydney, February 11. The intercolonial cricket match was resumed here to-day, when tho New South Wales team continued their second innings, which closed for 289. Baunerman made 91, and Moses 85. The Victorians, requiring to make 350 to win the match, then commenced their second innings, and when the stumps were drawn for the day had scored 107 for the loss of five wickets. Sydney, February 12. The intercolonial cricket mateh — Victoria v. New South Wales— was concluded here to-day. The visitors were all deposed of in their second innings for 15-1, the home team thus winning by 202 (sic) runs.
