The leases of the above runs will be sold subject to the general provisions as to runs specified in the Land Acts, 1877, 1879, and 1882. The first year's rent, with license fee (£10), to bo paid on fall of hammer, either by cheque marked by banker or in cash, and thereafter by half-yearly payments (in advance) on the Ist March and Ist September in each year. Possession will be given on the Ist March, 1881.
