Tha Licenses of the above Runs will be sold subject to the general provisions as to runs specified in the Land Acts, 1877 and 1879. The purchaser of Runs Nos. 90, 258, and 129 shall pay on fall of hammer the rent from Ist June, 1882— when possession will be given — to lat March, 1883. And the purchaser of Runs Nos. 389 and 471 ahall pay on fall of hammer tho rent from 14th April, 1882— when possession will be given— to Ist September, 1883. The License Fee (£10) is payable at auction with the first payment of rent. Valuations of improvements (if any) on "Clutha Trust | Runs "—which can in no case exceed three times the amouut of the average annual rent formerly paid — must be handed to the Re* ceiver of Land Revenue, Dunedin,' one month before gebting possession, in pursuance of sections 115 to 117 of " The Land Act, 1877."
