In Ireland a scheme has been started which has for its object the payment of those Irish Home Rulo members who support Mr Famell and lub programme in the House of Commons. It is suggested that these members shall receive £300 a year, the fund necessary for the purpose to be raised by a rate levied upon the electors, and by £20,000 which the Irish National Land League offer to appropriate for the purpose.
