Mr WHITAKER'S motion, the Deceased Persons' Estate Duties Bill was reinstated, read a third time, and passed. The Property Tax Bill, Consolidated Stock Bill, and Public Revenues Bill were passed through all their The Customs and Excise Duties Bill was read a first time.
