THE MAIL STEAMER. _ Auckland, August 26th. The Australia arrived at 9.30 a.m. to-day. She left San Francisco on the 2nd of August, and Honolulu on the 10th. She had light winds to the 18th, and heavy weather for two days, and then moderate weather. Passengers for New Zealand— Mr Forester and wife, Mrs Nelson, Mrs Smith ; Messrs Davies, S. and W. Firth, Boyes, Pickles, M'Lean and wife, tfurston, Nesbitt ; and five steerage. Herr Bandmann, the actor, is a passenger for Sydney.
