Any Jockey not riding in the coloura entered, or in proper Jockey costume, will be fined £2. All doga found on tho course will ba destroyed. Racing will commence each day at 12.30 o'clock. No person will bo allowed to train horses on the racecourse except upon payment of a xeo of £1 to tho Secretary, who will issue tickets of admission.
