IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in tbat behalf, I, 1 Hercules Georga Robert Robinson, Governor of tho Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, by Order in Council made under the provisions of " The Bank Holidays Act, 1873," of even date herewith, I have appointed FRIDAY, the twentyeighth day of November next, to be observed as a bank holiday, under and for the purposes of the abovementioned Act, within the Boroughs of the City of Duuodln, South Dunedin, St. Kilda, Caver«ham, Roslyn, Mornington, Maori Hill, North-East Valley, West Harbour, Green Island, and Port Chalmers, and the Counties of Ponineuta and Taieri.
