Morris, Parakanui :— A ship bound from A to B is driven out of her course by an easterly wind which lasts seven days. During that time she averages 110 miles per day. The captain then finds that if the wind continues for eight days 10-26864 hours longer, he will' be as far from Bin a'straight line as when he started from A. What is tho distance from A to B.
