IT IS HEREBY~NOTIFIED, that the Gold Mining Leases issued in favour of the undermentioned persons have been cancelled, and that the land is now open for occupation by holders of miners' rights, &c. XTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that JLI the Waste Lands Board of the Land District of Otago, under and by virtue of the powers enabling it in that behalf, does hereby, with the approval of His Excellency the Governor, revoke a Public Notification made on the second day of March last past, and published in the Otago Daily Times Newspaper, of the eighth day of Match last past, setting apart sections 11. 12 13 14, 16, 16, 17, 21, 23, 2«, 31, 32, 33, 34. 35, 36, 37! 38! and 39, block X., Glenkenich, in the Land District of Otago, for occupation on deferred payments, in so far as the said Notification affects the said section 21 block X., but not further or otherwise.
