Lawrence sold at £5 per acre., Sections'l4, l7, and 'lß. from £5 5s to £6 ; Richard Williams, purchaser.- -20 sections new township Dunkeld sold at from £sto £8 ; John Fry Kitcbing,.purcha-er. Sections 11, 12, 13, block XIV, bought by William Cumming, at £8 e-ich ; sections T4 and 15, block XLV, Bastings, £8 each. Hugh M'Kav bought sections 18.19. 20, block Xf,£s each" Sections 3 and 4. block XXVIII, sold to Wm'. Cumm'nf rt £5 per acre. Section 3, block 111, Tuapeka East district, to James Docherty, at £3 per acre. Section 6, block TX, 290 acres, and section SO, block Vll 225 acre, Waitahuna west district, knocked down to James Smith, at 25s per acre ; same^buyer bought sections 1. 2, 112, 114, 115, 117, 118, insame. district in all 152 acres, at £2 per acre.
