IT is notified, for public information, that; applications may now be made at any Land Office for Land situated in any land district, under the deferred payment clauses of the Act. NOTICE 18 HEREBY GIVEN, that the Lease for 10 years of the undermentioned Runs will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Survey Office, Queenstown, on the Ist day of October next, at noon, in terms of the Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872, at the upset prioe of halfpenny per acre. Rental to be an assessment of 3s (id for every head of great cattle, or 7d for evory head of small cattle to be depastured on the runs ; but the minimum stock on which assessment will be charged shall not be less than the number set opposite each. Lease to commence on the Ist day of October, 1874. The annual rent and a deposit of onetenth of the purchase money shall be payable at the fall of the hammer, the balance of purchase money within a month.
