At the general meeting of the shareholders of the Thames Goldmining Co. , the statement of the Directors showed that £123,500 had been paid in dividends, and that there was a cash balance of £0000. The dividend of the Caledonian Company was £12. Shares are dull at £137., ex div, Thames Gold Mining Company's shares are at £28. The reason of the fall is not known. August 24th. The Central Italy claim was swamped just as pumping machinery had been erected. The Nonpareil and Moanataiari are both yielding a quantity of rich stone, and there ia i\ great run on the shares of both companies. Caledonian sharea are dull at £150.
