WRIGHT, STEPHENSON, AND CO beg to inform Farmers and others that they are prepared to ADVANCE ON WHE \T AND OTHER CEREALS Consigned them for sale in Dunedin, or shipment. Monthly Sales of Produce are intended to be held at their Warehouses during the season, and these sales will be carried oub with all possible care, in order to secure fullest market value. The following Scale of Charges has been adopted, and same has been fixed at uniform prices, in order to avoid the heavy expenses usually attendant on Storage for a lengthened period :—: — CHARGES. Receiving, weighing, storage, and delivery 3d per bag. No further charge made unless produce is stored over three months. Insurance. — One-eighth per cent., or 2s 6d per £100 worth, market value. This charge will be made in all cases unless we are specially instructed not to insure. Commission will be at the lowest current rates, say 2^ per cent., handing Cash to Vendor immediately after the sale. WRIGHT, STEPEENSON & CO., Wool Warehouse, Manse street, Dunedin. The first sale will take place on WEDNESDAY, 24th .MARCH/ At 12 o'clock, j And thereafter each succeeding Wednesday fortnight. Parties intending to avail themselves of these sales, are requested to communicate & few days before. The undersigned are also prepared to undertake Sales in the Country, provided suffioient inducement offers. Storage pi'ovided in town on the cheapest terms, and liberal cash advances made.
