PUBLIC APOLOGY. TITILLIAM HAY, of the BIBLE * V WAREHODSE, Princes street, Dunedin, begs to apologise to his Numerous Debtors, in Town and Country, for being under the painful necessity of requesting an immediate settlement of their accounts due to him. In many instances, the cost of posting, and otherwise rendering accounts, has exceeded twice the amount of profit.
