In the produce market, there is still very little moving. We have, it is true, some relief afforded by shipments of grain to Melbourne, and flour to Northern Provinces ; but the operations only relieve those traders who speculated some time Bince in both articles, and are now anxious to close their ventures. We note prices as varying little, if anything, from our last report — with no present better enquiry, and but scant prospect of improvement. At the mil's, the value of town-made flour i 3 quoted at LlB, with bran at Is. For the trifling parcels of wheat." coming forward, 7s to 7s 3d has been obtainable Barley remains at 4s 3d, with a shade better price obtainable for prime malting samples. Oata dull at 2s sd, which cotild not be got for a heavy lot. Potatoes duller, but with a possibility depending upon what may come to hand during the next few days of improvement. Maize ia quoted at 4s 3d to 4s 6d.
