Dairy Produce. — Bncon, Is. to Is. 6d.; butter, fresh, 2s. 3d. to 2s. 9d ; ditto, salt, Is. 6d. to 25.; cheese, Colonial, Is. 6d. ; ditto, English, Is. 6d. to Is 8d ; eggs, fresh, 2s 6d to 33 ; ditto, imported, 2s to 2s 6d; ham, Is 6d to 2s; milk, 8d per quart.
Fruit. — Apples, 6d to 8d per lb; bananas, none ; oranges, 3d io 4d each ; pears, 8d per lb; pine apples, none; lemons, 6d each; cocoanuts, none ; grapes, none ; peaches, none. Vegetables. — Cabbages, 3d. to 6d. each ; carrots, 3d per bunch ; cauliflowers, 3d to Is each ; celery, none ; leeks, 3d per bunch ; lettuces, 2d. to 4d. each ; onions, dried, 6d per tb; ditto, green, 2d per bunch; parsley, 2d per bunch ; peas, none ; pumpkins, none ; radishes, 2d. per bunch; turnips, 2d to 4d. per bunch; potatoes, ltilb.
