The market has been well supplied with vegetables, including cabbages of home growth. Green peas are now becoming scarce. Poultry are in good supply, dressed fowls being worth 7s to 9s per pair, and ducks 103. Apples of good quality are plentiful, but pears are now falling off in supply. There are a few oranges. The stock of grapes is exhausted, but fresh supplies are daily expected from Adelaide via Melbourne. Bhbad and Floxtr. — Bread, lOd to lid 41b loaf. Biscuit (cabin), 6d per lb. Flour, 4d per Vb. Dairt Produce.— Bacon, Is. to Is. 6d.; butter, fresh, 2s. 3d. to 2s. 6d ; ditto, salt, Is. 4d.t»
