9s 8d was offered to-day for wheat, and refused. Wheat is rising:. Buyers are very active. Good flour is notlo be had under L 25 per ton.
Sydney, 20th May. Arrived. — Su°annah Booth, from Otago.
Adelaide, 20th May. One hundred tons of Dunn's flour were 'sold to«day at L 25; some brands 'were purchaseable at L 23. Several parcels of wheat were sold at 9s 3d ; sellers are still ho ding out for higher prices. Candles sell fresly frotu lid to Is. Best congous fetch from L 7 to L 8 for chests.
Accounts from the far North speak favorably of the lambing.
