AUSTRIA.
The arrogance of Russia is severely censured. Public opinion is in favor of war, and suggests the occupation of Poland in the name of Europe. A congress of German Sovereigns met at Frankfort to secure more perfect federal unity, and paFsed rearly all the propositions of the Emperor of Austria, which were rejected by Prussia.
