NOTICE.— In consequence of persons having an imperfect knowledge of the Otaao Land Regulations, the Waste Land Board resolved that, it be notified that the full amount of purchase money is payable at tlie day of decision upon all rural land, and in future every application \\ ill be treated as abandoned •where the purchase-meney is not so paid. By tlie 10th clause of the Land Regulations, immediate payment of one-tenth part of the purchase-money shall be condition of every sale by auction of Town Lands, the remaining nine-tenths of the purchase-money shall he paid by the purchaser within one calendar month next after thetime of sale, otherwise the one-tenth part of the purchase-money ho paid by way of deposit as aforesaid shall be forfeited and the contiact for the sale of the land shall thenceforward be made null anil void.
