NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on ! and after Ist July instant, the penal clauses of the Dog Nuisance Ordinance have come into operation within the Province, after that date, the constables appointed by the Superintendent to ask for exhibition of Registration Tickets, and to sue for penalties, are empowered to commence and perform the duties imposed upon them by the said Ordinance. The owners of unregistered Dogs are now warned, that if, after this intimation, they neglect to comply with provisions of the Ordinance, by causing their Dogs to be registered, they will have themselves to blame for the consequences of their neglect.
