All persons having Claims for Land in the said Blocks, purchased as unsurveyed land, and who have not had their Claims adjusted, must attend at the Land Office any time prior to the said 4th day of February, or they will be liable to have their Claims treated as forfeited, and the land will be re-sold in terms of the Land Regulations. IN terms of the 4th clause of the "Pastoral Districts Ordinance, 1859, 1 hereby convene the Annual Meeting of the Licensed Runholders occupying Runs within the several Pastoral Districts undermentioned : such Meetings to be held at the times and .places as follow : — Oamaru Pastoral District. The Meeting to be held at the Northern Hotel, Oamaru, on Thursday, the 28th February next, at 12 o'clock noon. Moeraki Pastoral District. The. Meeting to be held at Young's Accommodation House, lately occupied by Mr. Thomas Hastie, at the Kuri Bush, near the Township of Hampden, on Friday, the Ist of March next, at 12 o'clock noon. Waikouaiti Pastoral District. The Meeting to be held at BeaFs Accommodation House, Waikouaiti, on Monday, the 4th of March next, at 12 o'clock noon. Dunedin Pastoral District. The Meeting to be held afc the Station of Matthew Scott, Esq., on Run No. 142, on Wednesday, the 6th March next, at 12 o'clock noon. Lindis Pastoral District. REGISTRATION OF DOGS. NOTICE IS HEREBY GL&EN, that on | and after Ist July instant, the penal clauses of the Dog Nuisance Ordinance have come into operation within the Province, after that date, the constables appointed by the Superintendent to ask for exhibition of Registration Tickets, and to sue for penalties, are empowered to commence and perform the duties imposed upon them by the said Ordinance. The owners of unregistered Dogs are now warneS, that if, after this intimation, -they neglect to comply with provisions of the Ordinance, by causing their Dogs to be registered, they will have themselves to blame for the consequences of their neglect.
