Robinson, Esq.— the Whole of that Valuable Piece of GROUND, adjoining Bruce'g Hotel, lying between the Sea, Bruce'a Terrace, Aubrey Street, and Aylmer Street. This Estate was selected in the year 1841, and was the first grant made by the Nante Bordelaise Company. It is bounded on two sides by rivulets of the purest water, and chiefly laid out in Gardens, Orchards, and Paddocks. It is also intersected by a prolongation of Aubrey Street, throughout its whole length.
