PATERSON VDE6S most respectfully to tender her W±J grateful acknowledgments to her numerous friends and customers for the very liberal support she has received in business during the last five years, and to intimate that, as the business has now become so extensive as to be beyond her personal control, she has entered into arrangements with Mr. ICK to undertake its management and superintendence, Mr. Ice will have an interest in the business, and, having a thorough knowledge of the drapery trade in all its branches, will enable him to carry it on upon the most approved principles. He is now engaged in going over the present stock, and making considerable reductions in the prices, with a view r to clearing off to make room for a large supply of New Goods, to arrive per the "Mariner" Mid " Henbury." Mrs. Paterson also intends to add the Mir.mnery and Dress-Making to the drapery business, under the superintendence of Mrs. Ick. This department will be supplied with the newest fashions both in style and material, and she confidently trusts that these arrangements will enable her to serve her customers much more effectualy than formerly, and ventures to solicit a continuance of the liberal patronage she has hitherto received, and to assure her friends and the public generally that no efforts will be spared on the part of herself and Mr. Ick to supply them at all times with the best articles on the most reasonable terms.
