NOTICE is Hereby Given, in accordance with clause 39 of the " Roads Ordinance, 1856," that the Representatives from the Anderson's Bay District Board of Road Trustees have given notice of their intention to propose, at a future meeting of the General Board, that the following portion of Road Line be SHUT UP, viz., that portion of Road Line from the r.oint at which it leaves the Lagoon at Section No. 16, Block 1., to the west corner of Section No. 14, Block 1., and for the distance of sixtyfour and one-half yards beyond said corner.
