" Young Prince Royal" was got by " Prince Royal," the property of John Barr, Esq., Barangry, Renfrewshire, which Horse gained a 2nd Prize at the Highland and Agricultural Society' s Show at Edinburgh ; and at Aberdeen gained the Ist Prize, in competition against the Horse which gained at Edinburgh ; also was a gainer of a Ist Prize at Johnstone. " Young Prince Royal's " Dam gained Four Ist Prizes at Erskine, and a 2nd Prize at Johnstone Open Show ; his own Sister gained a Ist Prize at Renfrew, and a 2nd at Erskine ; also his Sister, the property of Andrew Logan, Esquire of Crossnat, Kilbarchan, gained the Ist Prize at the Highland and Agricultural Society's Show at Berwick, open to Great Britain ; she has gained upwards of Sixty Ist Prizes, and Mr. Logan has been several times offered £500 sterling for her- ; his own Sister, two years old, gained Three Ist Prizes; also, his own Sister, one year old, gained Two Ist Prizes. "Young Prince Royal," when one year old, gained the 2nd Prize at the Renfrewshire Show ; the Ist Prize at Erskine, and the Ist Prize at Johnstone Open Show. When two years old, he gained the Ist Prize at Renfrew, the Ist Prize at Erskine, and the 2nd Prize at Kirkintilloch Open Show. Teems— £7 10s. Groomage, 10s.
